Personal training in a gym is definitely a great experience, but it also has drawbacks. Don’t misunderstand, I’m as passionate about coaching as I’ve always been, but when I train in a gym atmosphere, I’m limited in the number of people I can reach.
But these programs have helped people like you all over the world attain the health and fitness level they’ve always wanted, and so I’ve founded MB Fitness as an online personal training program. Every business has changed because of the internet, and health is no different.
This is the next revolutionary idea in fitness, because it takes down many of the barriers between you and your optimal health. And because of this, I’m now working with people from all over the world, helping people just like you take control of their lives and their health!
HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?
Online coaching is simple! All you need is a computer of some sort (PC or Mac, desktop or laptop, even an iPad will do it!), an internet connection, and a free Skype account.
Now, this isn’t just some automated, robotic computer program. We’ll personally deliver your workouts to you through the internet. A great deal of time goes into developing your individualized fitness plan, using Trainerize, software developed specifically for trainers. You’ll have all the tools you need to design the lifestyle you deserve!
You will have exclusive access to your training plan through our membership site and we’ll keep in constant contact via email and Skype. At MB Fitness you’ll always have the opportunity to ask questions, submit videos to critique your progress, and be able to reach out for motivation and inspiration.
